Alright, so I have this essay due tomorrow for my current events class.
My teacher wants me to write about a current topic around the world at the moment.
Any ideas, other then Prop 8, because I have another due Wednesday,
& That’s what I’m doing it on.

my best idea is you should have started your essay a lot sooner than the night before it’s due, expecting the people here to do it for you. if you were my kid, i’d take your computer.

Gentrification in the United States
It is not talked about much in any places other than affected areas, backrooms, and grad level classes, so you should make a good impression if you do it well.

Just a minor event…the first black President was elected last week!
The financial state of the U.S. is worse than ever! Wild stock market fluctuations!
Auto manufacturers are nearly bankrupt!
I would also search your “local news” b/c current events don’t always need to be “global.”

how about the upcoming president coming into office .Or talk about the economy and the effect general motors has on it .Remember they said if they go down it will ruin us how did they get that much power to begin with.
