World Events
Mr E asked:

I need to know peoples thought on the most important historical events from around the world. I’m in need of 10, with one from each contintent (excluding antarctica) and all of the 10 must be in a different century (if it carries over you can use what ever century is convient).

So far I have…
-The french revolution (1400’s-1500’s)
-Americas industrial revolution (1700’s-1800’s)
-The mongolian empire (1206-1405)

Thanks in advance for the help. Im having trouble finding things that dont collide.

    Nice question.

    I will suggest:

    - The Jews exodus from Egypt (XIII before Christ).
    - Birth of Buddhism (V before Christ)
    - Death of Christ (century 1 after Christ)
    - Invention of paper in China (century 2 after Christ)
    - Mahoma’s birth (VI after Christ)
    - The Chinese discovering powder (XII after Christ).
    - Americas’ discovery by Christopher Colombus (XV after Christ)
    - Leonardo Da Vinci paints the Mona Lisa (XVI after Christ)
    - Wolfgang ‘Amadeus’ Mozart begins Requiem (XVIII after Christ)
    - Discovery of pencillin (XX after Christ)

I chose this because I think these events have had a great impact in life as we see it today.

    Hope this helped.

Here is a time line of World History for you. Since it’s nicely organized, it should help avoid conflicting events!
