    3) The Sudan rational genocide.
    4) Global warming and how it will practically affect typical Americans.
    5) The economic consequences of globalization (i.e. the jobs being lost here in the US or in other former industrial nations).

    The beauty of the Internet is that you can surly just run a search on anything you find interesting and find a wikipedia or other decent source. Do something that you find important and interesting.
