1997-Princess Diana Dies
1998-US Embassies in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania and Nairobi, Kenya are bombed by Osama bin Laden, killing 224 people and injuring over 4,500, Impeachment Proceedings begin for President William Clinton, Iraq disarmament Crisis, Winter Olymics in Japan
1999-Columbine High School Massacre, Woodstock 99 is held in NY to destructive crowds, Y2K fears
