Where can I find summaries of world news?

I’m looking for video or one page summaries. A page with lots of links kind of overwhelms me. I don’t have a TV anymore, and I’m not used to sorting through clips and articles instead of watching programs.

I already have BBC’s One Minute World News and CNN’s Now in the News. They’re the kind of thing I’m looking for.

CNN is not news - it’s drama. Google “independent news” and you should get dozens of links to news items that aren’t sensationalised or based on spin (i.e. they tell the truth).
