No, I believe we should take care of ourselves rather than wasting lives and money on other countries that could care less about us. We have plenty of homeless, starving, kids etc to take care of but no, lets send that care to other countries. What a joke. A bad one.

First of all you must give us some credit, we are not so stupid that we rely on one source for our news. And secondly who says we bought into anything. And thirdly when was the last time we collectively agreed on anything.

I have wondered the same thing! I understand we should be compassionate towards other countries in need, BUT how can we do this when we can not take care of our own country. If we can not fix our own problems, how can we help with others. The whole world seems to be in some sort of turmoil. I feel maybe its easier to see other peoples problems then to look in the mirror at the ones directly in front of us. You really do need to become aware of reality in order to deal with it. I know this is a shock for some, but wake up!!!!! Thinking outside of the box.

It does seem our government is more interested in other countries than they are this one. A shift of energy is needed.
